The Pickering Committee would like to thank the people of Pickering and surrounding villages for their support of the Christmas events. We had a successful coffee morning, raising over £260. The Stape Silver Band Concert in the Parish Church was very well attended and raised the excellent amount of £504. It was a lovely afternoon of music which we are sure everyone enjoyed.

            Our next event is the House-to-House collection throughout March. Last year we collected over £3,300. We hope, with the generosity of the local people, to raise over £3,500 this year. Please help us to fund the research to find cures for cancers.
