NEEDS YOU

          The Christmas Concert by Stape Silver Band was excellent. There was a lovely selection of music which I am sure everyone enjoyed. Thank you to everyone who supported it to raise £300.

          Thanks are also due to Barry and Jenny Howard, and some friends, who collected £545 in the Co-op Supermarket in December. It was bitterly cold but they stayed all day and the people of Pickering gave very generously.

          Your generosity is being asked for again in our House to House collection which will take place in March. If anyone is willing to help us please would you contact Graham Higgins. Everyone is touched by cancer and the money collected all goes to the five Yorkshire universities for research to find cures. There have been some excellent breakthroughs recently and this is, in part, due to the money raised by us each year. Thank you for your continued support.
