We held a successful Flag Day in the town on Saturday 12th July 2008, raising £750.00 for the Lifeboat funds.

          Many thanks to Susan McLaren of The Bay Horse Hotel, Market Place, Pickering, who allowed the use of one of her dining rooms as a "counting-house".  Thanks also to the volunteers who gave their time to help with the collecting and to everyone who gave donations.
